MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SIRICA, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s Title VII claim, or in the alternative, to transfer the entire action to the District of Maryland. In the underlying cause of action, the plaintiff seeks damages and injunctive relief to remedy alleged discrimination in employment by the defendants. The plaintiff’s claim of discrimination is premised on alleged violations of (1) Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and (2) 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
