MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Lender L. “Pat” Hunter brings this suit against defendant Michael Johanns, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (“USDA”), alleging employment discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Secretary has moved to dismiss for lack of venue, or to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
