MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JOYCE HENS GREEN, District Judge.
This action for employment discrimination, brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and the Equal Pay Act of 1963, 29 U.S.C. § 206, comes before the Court on defendants’ motion to dismiss for improper venue under Rule 12(b)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or, in the alternative, to transfer the case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a), on the same ground.
