MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
This lawsuit arises from the debt collection practices of defendant Kansas Counselors, Inc. (“KCI”) in attempting to collect debts from plaintiffs Colleen and Jack Udell. Plaintiffs assert claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692-1692o (“FDCPA”), and the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 50-623 to 50-644 (“KCPA”).
