THIS MATTER comes before the Court on: (i) the Plaintiffs Brief on Damages, filed April 8, 2011 (Doc. 12)(“Brief’); and (ii) the Plaintiffs Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Notice of Additional Authority, filed May 3, 2011 (Doc. 14). The Court held an evidentiary hearing on April 13, 2011. The primary issue is what damages the Court should award Plaintiff Richard Obenauf against Defendant Frontier Financial Group, Inc. (“FFG”).
