Introduction
Plaintiff Tina Arteaga (“Ms. Arteaga”) asserts claims against defendant Asset Acceptance, LLC (“Asset”) pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. (“FDCPA”) and the California Rosenthal Act, Cal. Civ.
