This is a suit commenced by the United States National Bank, as trustee and executor under the will of William N. Daniels, deceased, to obtain a judicial declaration as to whether the appellant, Bessie M. Daniels, the widow of testator, is entitled to take under the provisions of his will in addition to her statutory right of dower, or whether she is obliged to make an election. The widow asserts that she is not required to elect, but is entitled to take under the will and also to retain her right of dower.
