Plaintiffs commenced this suit to quiet the title to several parcels of land in Lane *3County. Defendant has appealed from a decree of the Circuit Court quieting the title and rights of the plaintiffs to the lands in suit as against all claims and demands of defendant.

Augustus C. Jennings died December 23, 1917, leaving a' widow, the defendant herein, and also ten children by a previous marriage.
