This case has been referred to me by Judge Kennedy pursuant to LCvR 72.2(a) in order to resolve plaintiffs Motion to Compel Discovery Responses And For Sanctions. For the reasons set forth herein, plaintiffs motion to compel will be granted in part and denied in part.
