MEMORANDUM OPINION

FACCIOLA, United States Magistrate Judge.

This Title VII case has now generated eighteen motions that must be resolved. The motions fall into two categories. First, there are procedural motions, some of which ask the presiding judge, Judge Kennedy, to modify deadlines he has set for the end of discovery and the filing of dispositive motions. These motions are not before me, but I have resolved others that seek the modification of deadlines pertaining to discovery motions.
