OPINION

Presently before the Court is Plaintiff Quickie Manufacturing Corporation’s Motion for a Preliminary Injunction. The Quickie Manufacturing Corporation (hereinafter “Quickie”), a producer of household and industrial cleaning products, is the assignee of United States Patent No. RE 37,415 (hereinafter “the '415 patent”), entitled “Cam Actuated Roller Mop with Scrubber Attachment”.
