This is an appeal from the decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri, Southwestern Division. The appellant, Kidder Skis International (Kidder) is a transferee of certain assets of the debtor in this bankruptcy proceeding. Appellee is the trustee in bankruptcy. Prior to the debtors’ filing of a petition in bankruptcy, Kidder reclaimed certain property which it had sold wholesale to the debtors and in exchange for this property cancelled the debt which was owed to it by the debtors.
