ORDER
HOWARD, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the appeal from the Final Order Confirming Plan and the Memorandum Opinion entered on September 11, 1987, 78 B.R. 104, by the Honorable A. Thomas Small, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Eastern District of North Carolina, (hereinafter “Judge Small”). The Appellant, Federal Land Bank of Columbia, (hereinafter “Land Bank”), contends that the Bankruptcy Court erred in finding that the debtors’ amended plan was feasible as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1129(a)(ll).
