OPINION AND ORDER
2Per curiam
On July 15, 1969 the United States filed a three count civil action in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia against the same seven drug companies1 that are defendants in more than 125 private treble damage antitrust actions originally filed in or transferred to the Southern District of New York for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings under 28 U.S.C.
