Alleged antitrust violations by five corporate defendants 1 in the marketing of broad spectrum antibiotics are the subject of approximately 114 actions filed in this district or transferred here pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407. 2 All of these actions were originally assigned to the Honorable Inzer B. Wyatt. Settlement has been reached in a number of these actions.
