Appellant, Carl Rabun, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver, but was convicted in a bench trial of the lesser included offense of possession of a controlled substance, for which he was sentenced to three years in prison. As his only point of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss based on the lack of reasonable cause for the police officers involved to have stopped and detained him. We affirm.
