The appellant was convicted in a jury trial of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and sentenced to six years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. On appeal, he argues that his motions to suppress should have been granted because he was detained in violation of his rights under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and because he was not advised of his Miranda rights prior to making a statement to the police. We affirm.
