Steven M. Jacob appeals from an order of the district court for Lancaster County denying his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. We find no error and affirm.
BACKGROUND
Jacob is currently serving a life sentence following his conviction of first degree murder in the death of Melody J. Hopper. See State v. Jacob, 253 Neb. 950, 574 N.W.2d 117 (1998).
