LATIMER, Justice.

This is a suit to set aside an alleged fraudulent sale of 150,000 shares of treasury stock in the New Quincy Mining Company to defendant Nick Floor. Incidentally involved was a requested review of certain corporate proceedings in which Floor received payment of certain sums of money for expenses which appellants claim were not chargeable against the corporation. The trial court upheld the sale and apparently approved the allowance of the expense items. From the judgment as rendered, plaintiffs have appealed.
