The International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers Local No. 1 (“the Union”) appeals from a final order entered in the District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri, granting summary judgment in favor of Master Insulators of St. Louis (“Master Insulators”).
