This was a proceeding by garnishment against appellant to reach wages coming to said Edward It. Blagden. The attachment was commenced before a justice of the peace; and the writ was served on appellant as garnishee on the 18th day of June, 1886.

Appellant’s answer was filed on June 26th, in which it was stated that it had in its possession and control at the date of the service of the writ, the sum of $6 and no more, of wages due or belonging to said Blagden. The case was continued from time to time until September 2d, when objections to the garnishee’s answer were filed, and such proceedings…
