By his complaint in this adversary proceeding, Donald R. Lassman, as he is Chapter 7 trustee in this bankruptcy case, objects to the discharge of the defendant and debtor, John J. Keefe, III, under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3) on the basis that he destroyed certain documents and records from which his financial condition or business transactions might be ascertained.
