I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff, Northeast *3Community Bank (the “Plaintiff’ or the “Bank”), a creditor of the debtor, Joseph M. Manfredonia (the “Debtor,” the “Defendant,” or “Mr. Manfredonia”) through which it seeks denial of the Debtor’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3) and (a)(4)(A) on grounds that the Debtor failed to keep and preserve adequate books and records and knowingly and fraudulently made false oaths in his sworn documents filed in his bankruptcy case.…
