MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

By its complaint in this adversary proceeding, plaintiff and creditor Premier Capital, LLC (“Premier”) objects to the discharge of the defendant and chapter 7 debtor, Richard D. Crawford (“Crawford”), under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A), (a)(3), (a)(4)(A), and (a)(5). After a three-day trial, the Court now makes the following *280findings and rulings and, on the basis thereof, concludes that Premier has established cause for denial of discharge.
