BATTS, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Michael Simon (“Simon”) and George Terry (“Terry”) filed an Amended Complaint alleging that Defendants Sal Cannavo (“Cannavo”), Ron Lacey (“Lacey”), and Robert Castello (“Castello”) defrauded Plaintiffs and made negligent misrepresentations in connection with a 1993 Asset Purchase and Consulting and Non-Competition' Agreements.
