Jane Hausman and Karen Wright appeal the trial court's order granting St. Croix Care Center, Inc.'s, motion to dismiss the complaint for failing to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Hausman and Wright contend that § 50.07(l)(e), Stats., creates a private cause of action for retaliatory discharge against one who discloses abuse or neglect of elderly nursing home residents.
