This is an action brought by O. W. Little against Eugene J. Brown to recover the reasonable value of 20,000 shares of the capital stock of the Kaaba Mining & Milling Corporation, alleged to have been sold and delivered to Brown at his request by plaintiff’s assignor,' W, E. Little; said reasonable value being alleged to be $20,000.
