STEVENS, Judge:
In this appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County which denied the motion for summary judgment filed by Appellants York Haven Power and Metropolitan Edison Company, we are asked to determine if Appellants are immune from suit under the auspices of the Recreational Use of Land and Water Act (RUA), 68 P.S. § 477-1 et seq. *1165After a thorough review of the certified record and the briefs of the parties, we find that Appellants are not immune from suit and affirm the decision of the trial court.
