JOHNSON, J.:
¶ 1 The issue on this appeal is whether the Recreational Use of Land and Water Act (RULWA), 68 P.S. §§ 477-1 to 477-8, provides the Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) immunity from suit for injuries that occurred when George Yanno (Yanno) fell from a railroad trestle located on Conrail’s property. The trial court granted summary judgment for Conrail, and Yanno appeals. We write to resolve an apparent conflict of authority and to harmonize the law surrounding this issue by reviewing and clarifying the pertinent cases.
