OPINION OF THE COURT UPON RECONSIDERATION
SCHLEGEL, Senior Judge:
The accused is charged with one specification of committing indecent acts, on divers occasions, with his 7-year-old stepdaughter, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was arraigned on 9 February 2000. Prior to entering pleas, the accused moved to suppress a written confession he gave to investigators, claiming there was insufficient corroboration.
