Pending and ripe for resolution in this litigation stemming from the termination of plaintiffs employment by the defendant is plaintiffs second attempt to compel production of discovery in response to his requests for production of documents and interrogatories. The first motion was dismissed, without prejudice, for failure to comply with Local Rule 104.8. (Paper No. 32.)
