MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
GRIMM, United States Magistrate Judge.
BACKGROUND
This case consists of six lawsuits, consolidated for discovery, against more than twenty defendants involving the patents of the plaintiff, Nutramax. It has been assigned to me for resolution of discovery disputes. 28 U.S.C. § 636(b); Local Rule 301.5.a. Pending is the defendants’ motion to compel the production of various documents used by counsel for the plaintiff to prepare a number of witnesses, including management officials of Nu-tramax, for their depositions.
