In the district conrt of Lancaster county the Plano Manufacturing Company brought suit against the D. M. Osborne Company, C. L. Wyman, Henry Strathman, and George Yule, to recover the value of certain binding twine which the plaintiff alleged belonged to it, and which the defendants had converted to their own use. The plaintiff below had a verdict and judgment and the defendants below have prosecuted here a petition in error.
