Stanton v. Superior Court of California

In November, 1925, Anna Grazide Alvarado and William P. Alvarado commenced action No. 182,-980 in respondent Superior Court against A. A. Stanton, Fannie Stanton, his wife, et ah, the complaint alleging their ownership of certain real property theretofore leased to defendant A. A. Stanton for oil-drilling purposes; failure of defendants to perform the conditions of such lease and its termination.
