Presently before the Court is Defendant’s Notice of Appeal from the Memorandum of Decision and Order Dated June 25, 1996.
Defendant appeals from a decision of the United States Magistrate Judge on Plaintiffs Motion for Production of Documents. Plaintiff instituted this action against the United States to recover funds collected by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”).
