2Per curiam

Pursuant to his pleas of guilty, the appellant was convicted of three specifications of disobeying the lawful order of a noncommissioned officer and two specifications of disrespect to a noncommissioned officer, in violation of Article 91, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 891 (1976). Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of communicating a threat, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934 (1976). He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for three months, forfeiture of $200.00 pay per month for three months, and…
