COOK, Judge:

The accused contends that two actions by the trial judge were prejudicial to him. First, he maintains that a ruling admitting certain evidence proffered by the Government was improper because the evidence was obtained in violation of an air base regulation; secondly, he contends that fatal *185error was committed when the judge failed to instruct the court members that the offenses of which he was found guilty were not separate for the purpose of punishment. We decide both matters against the accused.
