OPINION

RANDALL, Judge

This is an appeal from a temporary restraining order in which the district court enjoined appellants from using the name “Minnesota Pro-Life Committee,” which is similar to the name of respondent’s organization, “Prolife Minnesota.” Respondent’s name is protected under trademark law. Appellants contend that this violates their First-Amendment rights because they were not offered an opportunity to challenge respondent’s version of the facts and law before the order was issued. We affirm and remand for a hearing for a permanent injunction.
