The defendant, Kimberly Breen, appeals from the judgment of the trial court awarding nominal damages and costs to the plaintiff, Robert Right. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly (1) granted the plaintiffs motions to set aside the verdict and for an additur and (2) awarded costs to the plaintiff.
