Reversing.
On the 17th clay of September, 1932, A. M. Clark, receiver of the Irvine Construction Company, submitted in writing, to Homer Tuttle, a proposition to rent him certain machinery, belonging to the Irvine Construction Company, for use in the construction of a section of the highway at Paint Lick, Ky. The machinery consisted of a Good Roads rock crusher, Erie steam shovel, Ingersoll Rand air compressor, scales, and other small tools.
