Reversing.-
The appellant and plaintiff below, Anna L. .Richmond, was the widowed mother of her adult son, Everett. Richmond. The latter was an' employee of the appellee and defendant below, Standard Elkhorn Coal Company, at its mining operations in Floyd county. Plaintiff was the housekeeper for her son, whose wife died about two years prior to the accident here involved.
