OPINION

SCHELLHAS, Judge.

Appellant challenges the district court’s denial of its motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. We affirm.

FACTS

Appellant Hanover Investments Inc. is a Maryland corporation and the parent company and sole owner of One Call Concepts Inc. (OCC), a Maryland corporation. Hanover’s sole purpose is to own 100% of the stock of OCC. For approximately $33,000,000, in February 2008, Hanover acquired 100% of the stock of OCC from R. Thomas Hoff, OCC’s founder and president.
