— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of alleged optometric malpractice, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hyman, J.), dated September 13, 1983, which, inter alia, dismissed his complaint as barred by the Statute of Limitations.
