In an action to recover damages for malpractice, defendant, a podiatrist, appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), entered December 22, 1982, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss defendant’s affirmative defense based on the two-year, six-month Statute of Limitations for medical malpractice actions.
