{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Gabon Building & Loan Bank (“Gabon”), appeals a Crawford County Common Pleas Court judgment granting the motion of plaintiff-appellee, First Merit Bank (“First Merit”), for a preliminary injunction, which compelled Gabon to relinquish its security interest and turn over the titles to two motor vehicles.
