This case arises from an ongoing dispute between appellant General Federation of Women’s Clubs (6FWC), a landlord, and its tenant, appellee Iron Gate Inn, Inc., a restaurant owned by appellee John Saah. Three issues are presented in this appeal: first, whether the trial court properly awarded attorneys’ fees to the Inn and Saah for defending the contempt proceeding that GFWC brought against them; second, whether the trial court properly denied appellees’ request, for the additional fees incurred in the successful effort to recover their fees for the contempt…
