Defendants-appellants, Westfield Insurance Company (“Westfield”) and West-field National Insurance Company (“National”), appeal a judgment of the Belmont County Common Pleas Court sustaining the motion for summary judgment of plaintiffs-appellees, Jason L. Lovejoy, John B. Lovejoy, and Vicki L. Lovejoy, in an action for declaratory relief, wherein judgment was rendered against each appellant in the amount of $102,500, plus prejudgment interest from the date of the injury.
