Defendant St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company' (“St.Paul”) appeals a district court judgment and award entered pursuant to a bench-trial verdict for plaintiff, the Lincoln Electric Company (“Lincoln Electric”). The trial concerned a dispute over products liability insurance policies that Lincoln Electric purchased from St. Paul over the course of several decades.
