This is an action on an injunction bond, executed by the defendant, National Surety Corporation, appellant here. The occasion for the bond arose as a result of the institution of a suit by the Great Northern Railway Company in the district of Cascade county, against Hatch and others, plaintiffs below and respondents on this appeal, to restrain and enjoin plaintiffs from operating a certain motor-truck on the public highways between Butte and Helena in violation of certain provisions of the laws of Montana.
