Plaintiffs and respondents brought this action to recover damages for alleged breach by defendants of contractual obligations contained in a certain lease and supplemental agreements. Respondents were the owners of property known as Buck’s Lake Lodge in Plumas County and leased the property, together with the improvements and personal property used in the operation thereof, to the appellants.
